Identification and Appearance
Often with some elytral setae slightly raised giving slightly ruffled appearance; horn margins rarely extending posteriorly past crest apex; similar to haustrus & nuperus in the deep impression of male sternite V. Easily separated from the other species in the group by the slightly raised elytral setae.
