Refund Policy

When exceptions apply

This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable consumer law or Gumroad’s policies. It does not prevent you from reporting a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, an undelivered product, a defective file, or content materially different from the product description.

Where appropriate, we will first help restore access or provide a working replacement. If that does not resolve an issue, any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules. Downloading a file does not automatically remove statutory rights.

Download and file problems

Check the email address used for the order, your receipt, and your spam folder. Try opening the file with an up-to-date PDF reader. If the problem continues, send your order reference, purchase email, and a short description of what went wrong. A screenshot of the error can help.

For purchase support, reply to your Gumroad receipt email with your order details. For privacy, terms, or other questions, use the publisher contact on our Gumroad product page. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or sensitive health information.

Gumroad purchases

Gumroad handles payment processing and any approved refund through its platform. Gumroad may issue a refund under its own rules or applicable law even where a creator has a no-refund policy. Payment-provider processing times can vary.

Before you buy

Confirm that you want digital PDF ebooks, review what the bundle includes, and check that you can open PDF files. Keep your receipt and use the same purchase email when requesting support.
